I guess I have to use this now. Nobody's gonna want to read anything I write anyway.

I don't understand what the Director is thinking! First he brings me to this giant fancy school and I'm not good at school at all. I've been struggling to just barely pass all my classes so far. I should maybe have asked for some help, but I don't want to bother anyone either... And I miss Mom and this place is way too big and expensive...

But I knew she'd get mad if I came home, so I'm still here even if he made a horrible mistake. But then those scary guys in black suits came and took me to the Director's office yesterday and he wanted to know why I haven't joined the baseball team... How did he even know that?! He's been waiting since opening ceremonies for me to do so, he said! But I can't join... I won't. I can't do that to anyone else... Even if I really miss it though.

But then he told me I HAD TO. I have to report to the coach tomorrow! Ahhhhhh whatamIgoingtodo?! He isn't even making me try out!! It's going to be like Mihoshi all over again! I don't want everyone to hate me. I'd rather no one even know I exist than everyone hate me because of favoritism and because I ruin everything for them again.

...But I want to pitch so badly.

What am I supposed to do?!

Well it was kind of a dick move on his part to drag you out here and expect you to play on the baseball team without consulting you. 'Sides, do you really think he'll kick you out over something like that if he really wants you here? Sounds to me like you got a bit of leeway.
